“Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite.……

“Correct mais ne correspond pas à l'annonce : chambre pas du tout insonorisée, pas de grille pain, pas de bouilloire. On vous demande de rendre le logement propre sauf qu'il n'y a pas de kit de nettoyage, pas d'éponge, pas de produit vaisselle... Mais le logement était bien ( dernière phrase car le reste est considéré comme impolie par le site et mon commentaire est bloqué) ”
